Full board accommodation (room, breakfast, lunch, dinner):

- Accommodation in double room (two persons): 268.00 Euro/day

- Accommodation in double room (single use): 155.00 Euro/day

- There is a Palermo Touristic Tax of 4 Euro/day/person.

The cost of lunch or dinner for participants who are not staying in the Hotel La Torre is €38.00.

The meeting will start on Monday 1^st September 2025 at 9.00 and will end on Saturday 6^th September 2025 at 13.00.

Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday 31^st August and leave on Saturday 6^th September. 

It is also possible to stay longer with the same workshop conditions.

Our special full board agreement with the hotel does not allow to refund skipped meals.

Please, do not contact personally the Hotel for the booking and other issues concerning your accommodation during the meeting.
